We strive to ensure that all of our patients are able to access our services easily, as such you are able to access us in a variety of ways including:

  • Face to face appointments
  • Telephone consultations
  • Video consultations
  • Text or email messages
  • Home visit (only for individuals who are housebound)
  • Refer you to another service (e.g. evening and weekend appointments managed by the GP federation, acute eye service, community consultation service)

If you have any communication or additional needs please let us know so that we can further support you. These may include (but not exclusively):

  • Hearing difficulty
  • Sight impairment
  • Speech problems
  • Communication difficulties
  • Learning difficulties
